Returns & Refunds policy

We have a 14-day return policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unless returning due to damage in post.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ashartysta.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please be aware returns and refunds are not accepted on custom products such as commissioned orders or personalized items unless damaged in post.

Refunds

You will be refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days of receiving your order back. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
